Manufacturing

Bar turning is a process used to manufacture mass-produced parts by turning and machining by chip-removing. The material in the form of bar is machined on cam-operated or CNC automatic lathes.

Our production consists of cam-type and CNC bar turning machines with a maximum bar diameter of 10mm. We specialize in precision turning of small parts, with 80% of our production below 5mm diameter.

Our equipment enables us to manufacture small and large series for the watchmaking, connector, automotive and appliance industries.

We also offer a range of complementary finishing operations carried out in-house or by subcontractors.

Precision turning

Our machine park is made up of overhauled Tornos cam-type and SwissNano CNC turning machines, offering high repeatability and precision. Our high production capacity enables us to respond quickly to our customers’ requirements.

We mainly machine following materials:

  • Steel, lead-free steel
  • Stainless Steel
  • Brass, lead-free brass
  • Nickel Silver
  • Beryllium-Copper
  • Bronze
  • Aluminium

Gear cutting

Gear cutting is carried out directly on the CNC machine.

Additional operations

Finishing treatments such as hardening, deburring, polishing and surface treatments are partly carried out in-house or subcontracted to experienced partners.

We manage all the stages involved in finishing parts to meet our customers requirements.

Quality control and certification

To meet our customers’ quality requirements, our team pays attention to every detail. Production is subject to rigorous controls at launch and during the manufacturing process.

Thanks to the ISO 9001 certification and a process-based organization with a continuous improvement approach, our system is able to fully meet customer expectations.
