The biggest part of our manufacturing consists of parts with diameter smaller than 5 mm. However, some of our machines allow us to produce parts up to a diameter of 10 mm.

We produce half-finished parts and we can also offer gear cutting and finishing.

Screw machining

Our machines park consists of Tornos cam machines and CNC SwissNano capable, of high precision and high repeatability. We make available a high production capacity for our customers, so that we can promptly respond to their demand.

Gear cutting

Our machines park consists of Lambert-Wahli machines, with which we cut parts turned before.

The gear cutting is mainly made for big series of the watch industry.

Polishing

The bulk polishing is used to do deburring.

Thanks to efficient network of sub-suppliers we ensure a clear process, in order to finishing the parts according to the customer requests.

Control

To meet the quality standards of our customers, our team watches on each detail. The production is monitored with regular and strict controls, at the production start as well as during the production.

A production test protocol can be provided with each delivery.
